Day 01: Darjeeling Arrival
Arrive at Darjeeling to start your Darjeeling Gangtok Tour. Our representative meets you at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport and drives you to Darjeeling. Cross Nepal border and stop midway at Mirick Lake, a must visit all East India tour packages. Continue drive to Darjeeling and check in to hotel upon arrival for overnight stay.
Day 02: Darjeeling Sightseeing
We take you on a post breakfast city sightseeing tour covering Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, enjoy some adventure with Ropeway and also visit Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center, the aromatic Tea Estate, Lebong Race Course, Peace Pagoda and Rock Garden – Gangamaya Park. Return to the hotel for night stay. Day 02 of Darjeeling Gangtok Tour ends.
Day 03: Darjeeling - Gangtok
Leave for an early morning excursion to Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Return to the hotel for and then Darjeeling Gangtok tour package proceeds to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. Transfer to hotel upon arrival. Later, leave for a half-day city sightseeing tour covering Gangtok Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, Chorten Stupa, Orchid Sanctuary and Rumtek Monastery. Retire to the hotel for the night.
Day 04: Gangtok Sightseeing
On day 04 of tours to Darjeeling and Gangtok, we take you on a full day sightseeing tour of Gangtok. Leave for a post breakfast visit to Thshangu Lake and Baba Mander, the two popular tourist sites in East India tour packages. Return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 05: Gangtok Departure
Darjeeling Gangtok Tour ends today and you check out from hotel after breakfast to transfer to NJP railway station/Bagdogra airport where you board onward flight/train back home |
