Day 01: Arrive Mumbai
On arrival, you will be received and welcomed by a representative of Coast to Mountain Tour at the Airport, who will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel for rest and overnight stay.
Day 2: Mumbai
The second day is for full day sight seeing of the city covering attractions li ke Gateway of India, Elephanta Caves, and other attractions of Mumbai. Return back to hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Mumbai - Trivandrum - Kovalam
Transfer to airport to catch flight to Trivandrum. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Kovalam, where you can check into a hotel. Take some rest and enjoy a sumptuous meal. In the afternoon laze off in the sand at Kovalam beach. You can even choose to pamper yourself with herbal body-toning message from any of the nearby centers.
Day 4: Kovalam - Cape Comorin - Kovalam
Today, you will set out on a full day excursion to Cape Comorin. Visit Padmanabhapuram Palace and the Archaeological museum there and in the evening return back to Kovalam. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Kovalam - Varkala
After an early breakfast in the morning, drive towards Varkal a. Varkala is known as the most unspoilt beach resort in India. Try out some traditional body messages therapy there and stay overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Varkala - Kumarakom
Start early and ride to Kumarakom in a speedboat or luxury cruiser from Varkala. Stay overnight at Kumarakom.
Day 7: Kumarakom
In the morning, enjoy a boat ride into the countryside and later visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. You can even choose to enjoy some adventure sports like wind sailing, water-skiing and canoe. Stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 8: Kumarakom - Thekkady
Today, you will continue your journey to Thekkady. On arrival, check into a hotel, relax and stay overnight at hotel.
Day 9: Thekkady
Visit the Periyar Tiger reserve and familiarize with the rare birds, flowers and animals in the reserve. Later, enjoy a boat ride through the Periyar Lake.
Day 10: Thekkady - Munnar
In the morning drive to Munnar, known as the nature lover's Paradise. On the way, see the sprawling tea gardens. Upon arrival, check into a hotel and the rest of the day is free to do your chores. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 11: Munnar:
Take a full day city tour of Munnar. Visit Anamudi, Devikulam and Eravikulam National Park.
Day 12: Munnar - Cochin
Drive to Cochin and check into a hotel. The afternoon is free to relax. In the evening enjoy a performance of Kathakali. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 13: Cochin
After a sumptuous breakfast, start for a guided tour of Cochin including the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, and Chinese Fishing nets. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 14: Cochin - Mumbai
Today, you will be transferred to airport to catch connecting flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival, you will be taken to a hotel to get wash and change. Finally, after dinner, you will catch your flight back home. |
